For those whose children just can’t “Let it go,” there’s good news on the horizon. Disney announced that “Frozen 2” will be coming to theaters in 2019.
The sequel to the 2013 mega-blockbuster detailing the adventures of Elsa, Anna, and Olaf will be released on November 27, 2019.The original “Frozen” was Disney’s top-grossing animated film of all-time, taking in $1.3 billion.
Kristen Bell has warmed up our hearts a little bit with an update on “Frozen 2.”
During an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, the actress said she recorded her lines and knows the story, which she said is “very good.”
“I have recorded the movie,” Bell said. “There will be edits before it’s finished but I know the songs, I know the story, it’s very good — I can’t say much more than that or I’ll get in trouble!” Idina Menzel will once again voice Elsa, and Josh Gad will return as Olaf while Jonathan Groff will voice Kristoff again.
“Frozen” directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck are back with the sequel as well, and songwriting duo Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez return also.
